Created in 2019 this painting reflects the woman finally free from anxiety/grief stemming from relocating to Australia at 6 years old.

This artwork was created for my SALA exhibition, Xenitia. This artwork was inspired by the relationship and friendship I have with my sister Eleftheria.
The Birds

This artwork was created intuitively using the process initially of creating texture with collage. The paper I used for collage utilised my own drawings which I had torn up and kept in my studio.
The birds were created when I looked at the painting and so I drew them in to make them more visible.
It’s always a relief when a friend you want to support actually has real talent. And you haven’t taken that talent for granted. You’ve honed and developed it. It’s inspiring.
